Lizzie and Andy’s Oxfordshire wedding was a joy to photograph from start to finish. With the day centred in the village of Islip, everything flowed from getting ready through to the celebrations, creating a day full of warmth, love, and genuine connection.
Their ceremony at St Nicholas Church was beautifully framed with flowers and greenery, offering a timeless, atmospheric setting for their vows. Afterwards, the wedding party made the short walk to the marquee, pausing at Andy’s mum’s garden for portraits among the willow and apple trees - a quiet moment before the celebrations resumed.
As the day turned to evening, heartfelt speeches gave way to an unforgettable party. A brass band kept the dance floor full, and Lizzie changed into a second dress made by her mum. Surrounded by family and friends who were clearly so invested in their story, it was a celebration full of energy, meaning, and people coming together to make something truly special.
